This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled for purchases made through drmishail.myshopify.com (the “Site”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product received

(Example: Different product, wrong quantity, etc.)

✔ Damaged or leaked product on arrival

You must provide unboxing video + clear images of the damaged item for verification.

✔ Expired or defective product

Extremely rare, but 100% eligible.

Conditions for Refund / Replacement

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In original packaging

• Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery

• Supported with proof (photos/video)

⚠️ Products opened, used or tampered with are not eligible due to hygiene & safety standards.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety, hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used personal care products

• Products without an unboxing video

• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

• Orders placed with wrong shipping address or customer-initiated delivery failure

• Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If your order is returned to us due to:

• Wrong/incomplete address

• Unreachable phone number

• Customer not accepting the parcel

• Door locked / multiple failed attempts

It will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Refund will be provided after deducting two-way shipping charges.

Refund Method

Once approved, refunds are processed within 4–7 business days through:

• Original payment method, or

• Store credit (depending on your preference)

Some banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Exchange Policy

If your order qualifies for return, you may request:

• Replacement with the same product, OR

• Exchange for another item of equal value (if available)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

In case of prepaid cancellation, refund will be issued after deducting payment gateway charges (if any).

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you received a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item:

Please send the following within 48 hours of delivery:

• Full unboxing video (from opening the parcel to showing the product clearly)

• Photos of the product & packaging

• Order ID
