By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 (calculated at checkout based on location)

Free Shipping: Eligible on orders above the minimum value displayed on the Site
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, your order will receive a tracking ID, which will be shared via:

✔ SMS (if applicable)
✔ In your account dashboard (for registered users)
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the package is not accepted or the customer is unreachable:

It may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

Re-shipping may require additional charges
Providing accurate address and phone number ensures smooth delivery.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to:

Customer not available

Refusal to accept delivery
If an order returns to us due to customer error, the reshipment will be charged separately.
Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product on Delivery
If you receive:

Incomplete order
You must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for replacement/claim:
✔ Mandatory unboxing video
✔ Clear photos of package & product
✔ Order ID
We will quickly investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
(Currently Optional—include only if needed)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delay Due to Uncontrollable Events
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:
